how to lose weight

Thanks for stopping by my channel. Kayla, a new member here, welcome. My next meal is also healthy. I'm gonna share five make-ahead fat-burning breakfast smoothies in today's video.

There are already two other videos that I have. This meal contains. My five make-ahead breakfast recipes and five make-ahead lunch recipes are part of my Prep series. If you haven't seen those playlists, here's a link to that playlist, and please note that all recipes in this series are 100% gluten-free.

A lot of them will be paleo friendly, and a lot of them will also be low carb and keto friendly. We'll get right started. This recipe is for my protein smoothie with blueberries from a muffin.

This one is paleo, low carb and low calorie. In order to make this shake, you will need unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground chia seeds, high-quality protein powder, and almond butter. I'm going to use one of my favorite proteins today.

In this case, it has the vanilla flavor of the bulletproof collagen protein and a low carb sweetener. If your protein powder does not have this, then you might want to add something like stevia to the low carb smoothies.

Add all your ingredients to a blender and you'll blend it until it's extra smooth. That's all it takes. Now,  to preserve this smoothie for a few days, make  then simply combine it with some fresh lemon juice, and here's the next recipe-a light, green matcha smoothie.

Paleo is fine, but you can also make this low-carb by removing the bananas and adding more avocado. Now here's the deal. What you'll need: unsweetened almond milk, avocado, banana spinach, chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, matcha powder, and matcha.

In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. You can print out all of these recipes off my blog. This is one of my favorites, so I'm leaving it below for all of you.

Certainly. The matcha powder will really help to boost your capital in the next smoothie. Does my energizing cocoa make me feel energized? This low-carb, paleo-friendly smoothie is made with mocha. A healthy diet consists of unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder and protein powder.

MCT oil or coconut oil adds to fat burning, as the medium chain fatty acids. This  if you happen to have a chocolate craving,  I've been known to drink this smoothie during the afternoon as well,  particularly if I need a pick-me-up before going to the next one.

My energizing matcha beet smoothie will be made this evening. There is a paleo-friendly version of this. To make the matcha powder, you will need unsweetened almond milk, a small beet and banana, flax, oil, hemp seeds, and protein powder.

If you don't like beets, you will need to trust me on this one. Besides the banana making it taste delicious, the nutritional benefits of beets are just too excellent to ignore beets contain a powerful antioxidant called beta-simon, which gives them their color.

The cleansing of the liver and removal of fatty deposits from the bloodstream can help you lose weight, because we know that a healthy metabolism equals optimal fat burning, and I think you can do it.

It will turn out to be a delicious smoothie, so definitely try it. Lastly, I will share my fat-burning turmeric smoothie. Here we have another low-carb, paleo-friendly recipe, but it is intense so be sure to start slowly.

Unsweetened almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, ground turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger are all necessary. Spices such as turmeric and ginger have strong anti-inflammatory effects, boost metabolism, and are great for cleansing the body.

Smoothies like this one are my favorites. It is fantastic for reducing bloating and inflammation after overeating the day before. However, you should begin very gradually, especially if you're not used to the taste of ginger and turmeric.

It's time to wrap up this video of five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make ahead. Please let me know what you think about any of these recipes if you decide to try them. I would love it if you are enjoying this meal prep series so far.

Hello! I'd like to share my experience with the smoothie diet, which I have used since the beginning of the year. After starting the diet, I felt better. As a result of my second pregnancy, I had gained 70 pounds over both pregnancies. I had tried many other ways to lose weight and nothing was working.

I just couldn't seem to figure anything out, or I was constantly hungry and I was so cranky, so I found the smoothie diet, which is so easy to follow. The smoothies taste amazing. You eat them in place of some meals.
