Thanks for stopping by my channel. Greetings, I'm Kayla and I'm happy to have you here. Now I'm eating another healthy meal. Today I'm gonna share five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make ahead, and they'll last you until lunchtime.

There are already two other videos that I have. I am enjoying this meal. In the prep series, I've shared five make-ahead breakfast and lunch recipes. If you haven't seen those playlists, here's a link to that playlist, and please note that all recipes in this series are 100% gluten-free.

Many of them will also be low carb, low sugar, and keto-friendly. Let's get started right away. Firstly, I have a protein smoothie recipe using blueberry muffins.

This one is paleo, low carb and low calorie. To make this, you'll need unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground chia seeds, a high-quality protein powder, almond butter, and for the protein, I'm gonna use one of my favorites.

In this case, it has the vanilla flavor of the bulletproof collagen protein and a low carb sweetener. If your protein powder does not have this, then you might want to add something like stevia to the low carb smoothies.

Put all your ingredients in the blender and blend them until they're as smooth as ice cream. Now,  if you want to put this smoothie in the refrigerator,  squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top of it and it'll be good to go. Next up is my hearty green matcha smoothie.

Now this one is paleo, but you can make it low-carb by removing the banana and adding a little more avocado. Now here's the deal. There are gonna be: unsweetened, almond milk, bananas, spinach, ground, chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.

As it is. The matcha powder will really help to boost your capital in the next smoothie. My cacao energizing is it? The smoothie in this recipe is low in carbs, low in sugar, and paleo-friendly. You'll need unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil, coconut oil, avocado, hemp seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

Adding MCT oil or coconut oil to my smoothies can increase fat burning since they are both medium chain, fatty acids. This  also great if you are craving chocolate,  I've been known to drink this smoothie during the afternoon as well,  if I need a healthy pick-me-up before moving on to the next smoothie.

We will make my energizing matcha beet smoothie. The following recipe is paleo-friendly. Almond milk, a small beet banana, oil, hemp seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder are all needed.

So, if you're not crazy about beets, just trust me on this. Beetroot, even though it contains a powerful antioxidant called beta Simon, actually tastes great thanks to the banana.

I honestly believe you would benefit from removing toxins from the liver and fatty deposits from your bloodstream, as a healthy liver leads to a healthy metabolic rate that leads to optimal fat loss.

You will be pleasantly surprised by how delicious this smoothie tastes so definitely try it. In closing, I have a fat-burning turmeric smoothie to share with you. The tumeric in this recipe is low carb and paleo, but be sure to start slowly with it since it is very strong.

A nutritionally dense smoothie requires almond milk, ground chia seeds, avocado, MCT oil, protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger. Turmeric and ginger are very powerful spices which have been found to promote metabolism, cleanse the body, and reduce inflammation.

This smoothie is my favorite. It is fantastic for reducing bloating and inflammation after overeating the day before. You should start very slowly when using ginger and turmeric if you are not used to them.
